JMD Tubes is committed to providing you the best service possible, which is why we must make our return policy clear to our customers. If you must make a return please read the below information so we can expedite the process for you.

Returns and Exchange Policy


  1. Please call or emails us if you would like to make a return or exchange your item. Customer service telephone - 626-598-4115 - Monday - Friday - 8:00am to - 4:00pm (PST). Email: sales@jmdtubes.com
  2. Receive an RA (Return Authorization #) from customer service. This number provided must be written on the return package so we can easily identify your return.
  3. Package your item in the original box with a copy of the original receipt and packing list (inside).
  4. Please note*** All items must be in NEW/UNUSED condition for them to be accepted as a return.
  5. Returns and exchanges should be sent to:

  6. Please note, Original shipping cost is not refundable and there may be a restocking fee of up to 10%
